The combination of smartphone and myPBX app permits flexibility in all directions with the full performance of an IP desk phone. Contacts from the central innovaphone PBX telephone directory and contacts that are saved on the smartphone are always out there. Set your own Presence whilst on the highway to create extra transparency in the group. The visibility of colleagues also facilitates the activity of finding an out there colleagues/employees/contacts. In addition, all contact information, as well as detailed name lists for inbound and outbound calls are obtainable. The smartphone s and the myPBX name lists are synchronized, thus all calls are shown both in myPBX and in the smartphone app.

In addition, for each call it is possible to choose whether or not the contact should be called via the smartphone and GSM or via myPBX for Android and WLAN. This gives the user most flexibility to save prices and guarantee availability. Special pre-settings ensure automatisms are also obtainable, which at all times select IP connections if WLAN is out there or which prioritize GSM for external calls.
