It is not hidden for those interested in legal issues, especially scholars, among them the difficult language in which the practical letters have been written and that need to be explained and clarified, especially some jurisprudential chapters such as the issues of Chapter of Khums, because it is in addition to the complexity of its issues by nature. His issues are the source of affliction, so some of the believers asked me in the blessed month of Ramadan 1432 AH to present the most important five issues in an easy and clear manner, and after those sessions, some brothers wrote these lessons in six or seven pages and then presented them to me for review in order to distribute them to the rest of the brotherhood, so I took I review it and add to it some important issues and branches that were not mentioned in those sessions, and so on, day after day, until the idea developed and resolved with the help of God Almighty to formulate issues of one fifth of the profits of full gains and collect what was dispersed from them of what the taxpayer or legal agent needed when calculating the fifth. And I made the entire book in the form of a question and an answer to be more clear, and I tried to investigate the orthodoxy and the minutes of the fatwas so that it would be a comprehensive book for all that can be cursed and referred to in this field.
The approach followed in presenting the issues was to present the major issues under the heading - a requirement - then we added the demand with applications of the major ones under the title - practical questions - as some applications are sometimes hidden or disagreement occurs in their inclusion under any of the major ones. The practical questions included a plethora of branches that fall into the source of the affliction, which was included in the fatwas of the two Grand Ayatollah Abu al-Qasim al-Khoei (may his secret be sanctified) and the great Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani (Extend his high shadow). (Al-Khoei, Al-Sistani), and in the event of a difference in the fatwa, we referred to the response of Al-Khoei (may his secret be sanctified) by saying: (Al-Khoei) and to the response of Al-Sistani (extending his high shadow) by saying: (Mr. Sistani).
As for the issue of documenting issues. I relied on major issues on the book “Minhaj al-Salihin”. As for the applications, they consist of many questionnaires.
