PVG tour tracking

We enable our customers with the tour tracking app (TVS app) to monitor delivery and collection of returns.

Main functionality:

- Automated recording of GEO coordinates via GPS signal

- Three different modes: ancestor mode, guided and non-guided mode

- Integration of the route planning functionality from Google Maps

- Barcode-supported capture of return packages

- Capture of barcodes using a connected Bluetooth barcode scanner

Further functions:

Via the geographic information system GISELA of PVG (http://www.pvgdata.de/index.php/services/einrichtung-individueller-anwendungs-

systems) you can evaluate the recorded data of the TVS-APP accordingly or stay to track the respective tour progress.

Data protection:

This app collects geographic coordinates and requires access to the following authorizations:

* Geocoordinates via GPS and network

* Internet access and status of the mobile connection

* Phone status for the background mode of the TVS app

* SD card This means that the TVS app is not saved in the internal memory of the phone and saves capacity.

The collected data are used only to assign the time and place of a delivery tour. Telephone and personal data are not saved. The driver can only be identified via the tour assignment at the wholesaler's.

The user is responsible for ending the tour recording when the tour is finished. Otherwise, further geographic coordinates will flow into the wholesaler's tour system and transmit the current location to the wholesaler.
