Manage your barons, collect taxes, equip your armies, negotiate alliances, and construct your empire throughout some of the best conflicts from medieval history. Match wits against the French monarchy and Holy Roman Empire during the one hundred years struggle or battle in the desert as the European Crusaders take on the Seljuk Turks, in the First Crusade. Each faction offers unique AI personalities and challenges in this surprisingly refined feudal sim.

Respect of the Realm is an authentic financial and tactical simulation where the aim is to hold one step forward of your enemies. Manage your knights, upgrade your weapons, and compete for strategic territories. Use spies to monitor down your rivals' supply wagons, infiltrate enemy defenses, bolster your personal defenses with heavy weaponry and send your hardest knights on raids into enemy territory. But don't forget to maintain an eye on your personal males; RESPECT is everything and disloyalty is your best enemy. If a soldier steps out of line, you want to reply. Settle disputes, quell rebellions, promote your barons, throw lavish feasts, monitor down priceless rumors, safe uncommon weapons and appease the church with nicely-positioned donations.

Three issue settings, two game modes, and superior AI provide a vary of challenges for novices and true technique veterans.

Playable maps embrace: Northern France during the 100 years struggle (free) and the Crusades (unlockable). Future planned releases embrace the Mongol invasion of Kiev and the Genpei struggle in Japan.
