Our minds are like computers that go wherever we go: to work, to shower, when we go on a journey...We can't rid ourselves from our thoughts, not even for one second. The curious thing is that it s our mind what decides how we are feeling, if we are feeling pleased or sad. Our mind is the only factor that can make our lives a living hell or a fantastic journey. That being mentioned, being ready to program this computer correctly is extra important than the cash we might have, our educational studies, our work, or how in style we are in society.

This App has been made for you to understand that we should be conscientious of the amount of faulty behavioral patterns that lead us down the highway of struggling. These patterns ultimately are useless. Once we are able to determine these patterns, then we are able to trade this thoughts in our lives that trigger us struggling for ideas that bring us joy. It’s nearly as if our minds work as computers, they develop a sequence of programs: some of these programs are invalid, some are useless, and others are full of viruses that lead us in direction of struggling. Which is why I am going to challenge you to program your pc in depth, with packages that are useful and free of viruses and that will fill us, invariable, with peace.

Each chapter focuses on a particular conduct, an invalid program that leads us to suffering with out providing something constructive in life. These behaviors are common in all human beings, and are really the catalyst for feelings of unhappiness.

First, the behavioral pattern will be described, and then there will be a meditation that follows it. Each meditation will assist you be extra conscientious of the method you act in your every day life. The act of being conscientious, will subtly substitute these invalid programs with others that offer us more happiness

You Are Not Your Thoughts

We don´t have to act as slaves of our thoughts, we have to act as programmers to make our computer systems work for us and not against us, so that our minds don’t act as torturers, as an alternative they act as our allies that permit us to be pleased, give and receive love, and get pleasure from every second in life.

The Voice in Your Head

If you discover, your thoughts is never satisfied, it at all times needs things to be completely different than what they are, it always has issues, and if you find the answer to one, it will absolutely come up with another problem, and with that an countless cycle

Presence

Presence teaches you how to reside free of the reigns of our minds When we calm our minds and we connect with our internal selves, we reach a surprising stage of peace and serenity.

Life is Now

Our minds have been skilled to assume that whatever occurs next will make us happier than what we are now. The present second is full of peace and fulfillment. If you don’t feel fulfilled now, you won’t feel like it in the future,

Acceptance

The primary enemy of happiness is that voice we have inside our head that continuously narrates how events should happen instead. You are only lacking out on what life is giving to you, considering about what it might have given you instead.

Forgiveness

Forgiveness is not something we do for the different person, it is something we do for ourselves, for our own peace of thoughts and our well-being.

Stress

Stressed is not brought on by our environment, it is brought on by wanting to be someplace else than the place you are at the second. You suppose that being someplace else is higher or extra important than being right here.

Thankfulness

We are not conscious of what we have. Every day is a gift. The easy act of displaying gratitude for all that we have, locations our attention in what we DO have, and this makes you feel very fortunate

Kindness

Being kind to ourselves is essential for being sort to others, since we can’t give what we don t have. If you don’t deal with your self with affection, kindness, and care, you most doubtless will not deal with others that way both, as a result of our world is a reflection of ourselves.
