The Meditation Oasis® iSleep Easy app contains a wide selection of guided meditations to assist you fall asleep and sleep deeply. You can hear to the meditations with or with out several choices of music or nature sounds. In addition, you can create your own sleep program utilizing a Playlist function which permits you to pay attention to up to six meditations in one session, choosing which music or nature sound you'd like in the background and how lengthy they will proceed after the voice steering stops. If you prefer to hear to music or nature sounds alone, a Sound Mix feature permits you to hear to a combination of music plus a nature sound, or two nature sounds collectively.
